Little by little, we have forgotten how to say, "I don't know." If we are unfamiliar with an issue, we can easily Google it, and in the next five to 10 minutes we will be able to come up with something to say about it. And if we take a few more minutes, we can even convince ourselves that we are experts — even though those snippets of information do not amount to knowledge.
