Indians have no need to follow any religion or spiritual discipline besides their own, for nowhere else can one secure a discipline or truth that is not existing herein. Other faiths have adopted only some one or other of its beliefs and principles and placed them before people as ideals to be adopted.

When I started to coordinate the preparation of report in 2005, the big question that I had in my mind was how can this massive target be achieved expeditiously?
