This service is not cheap. They will provide an estimate after you provide the information as stated below. I don't think this is the cheapest way, but this is an easy and efficient service, especially for bulky items. They also sell second-hand items. Communication in English via email was fine.   P.S. It would be great to provide such information to all new staff (where they can buy second hand and where to recycle when leaving Japan) since many stay in Japan temporarily.
